The world famous Snowdonia National Park is located only 30 miles away from the port. Impressive, Caernarfon Castle , with its unique angular towers, is only 40 minutes away by road.

The Port of Holyhead is a 24 hours a day, deep water port. Large cruise ships with drafts of over 10 metres can be accommodated at a sheltered anchorage less than one mile from the dedicated tender landing point. Smaller vessels can berth alongside.
